The Challenge
After 15 years working in banking, Nicole Kardine made the scary decision to go back to school and completely change her career. Nicole left a stable, well-paying job to become self-employed because she knew she was meant to do something more. At 40, Nicole started her somatic therapy practice, Rooted Therapy, helping women understand the connection between their minds and bodies so they can process what they’ve been carrying, regulate their nervous systems, and feel more like themselves again.
With her training complete, Nicole was ready to launch her business, but needed help getting the marketing started. She was starting with a blank slate. She needed to establish a strong core brand that clearly communicated who she was, who she wanted to work with, what made her approach different, and how her work could help her clients.
